JPMorganChase, Global Technology Applied Research

Welcome!

I am a Senior Associate Research Scientist in the Global Technology Applied Research XR Team at JPMorganChase. I work with lines of businesses to understand current user practices, design, prototype, and evaluate innovative solutions with emerging technologies—including augmented and virtual reality—to drive lasting impact. I employ quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches to identify and propose design guidelines, recommendations, and frameworks based on user behaviors and feedback.

My human-centered research has been recognized with awards from top-tier peer-reviewed venues including ACM CHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems. I received my PhD from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia in 2023, advised by Prof. Tim Dwyer.
